Kari is leading another installment of her “Art of Prayer” class– YAY!!
The class will explore the transformative power of prayer as a deeply personal and meaningful practice. It will delve into various prayer techniques, ranging from the meditative simplicity of breath prayer to the contemplative richness of lectio divina. Through experiential learning and discussion, participants will discover how these diverse approaches can enhance spiritual connection and foster a sense of inner peace.
