DESCRIPTION:Life is moving at a breakneck pace and we need to build in time to slow down\, take a breath\, and connect with ourselves. To help\, First Light is partnering with a local yoga instructor Robyn Johnson to begin offering occasional yoga classes. \nIt will be gentle\, all levels yoga\, focused on calming our minds and grounding our bodies. \nA $5-$10 donation is encourage so we can continue offering these classes.  Friends are welcome. \nPlease bring your own mat and a beach towel. \n
