Rev. Kristin Willett — Team Lead

As the founding pastor of First Light Fellowship and the primary lead of the Woven program, Rev. Kristin Willett provides overall vision and coordination for Woven. She facilitates the learning cohorts, leads the forums, and oversees the resource shop. Kristin also contributes directly to the development of resources, blending her pastoral experience, theological depth, and love for intergenerational worship into every aspect of the program.  Kristin is the mother of four kiddos ages ranging from 8-16.  Together they love adventuring.  Kristin spends her free time painting, reading, and drinking coffee.

Whitney Mira — Program Manager

Whitney Mira supports the daily work of the Woven program, serving as the bridge between vision and implementation. She assists with communications, development, and program facilitation, ensuring that participants and partners stay connected and resourced. Whitney’s organizational skills and heart for ministry help keep Woven’s initiatives running smoothly. Whitney enjoys life with her husband, two kids, and their dog, Winston.  In her free time, she loves reading, thrift shopping, and exploring antique shops.  She enjoys discovering beauty in unexpected places.

Jena Hernandez — Marketing & Store Director

As Marketing & Store Director, Jena Hernandez leads Woven’s efforts to share its story with clarity and creativity. She manages the Woven Resource Store, making it easy for ministry leaders to access tools that support child-inclusive worship. Jena’s blend of creativity and practical know-how ensures that Woven’s resources reach those who need them most. Jena loves spending time with her family.  In her free time she loves to bake, be creative and be outdoors with her family.

Kari Frye — Forum Director

Kari Frye oversees the visioning and logistics of Woven’s Forums. Her artistic eye, gifts as a teacher, and passion for spiritual formation all lend themselves to creating a unique forum experience were participants feel nurtured, inspired, and ready to return to their ministry setting to begin utilizing the tools they learned. In her free time Kari enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and enjoying the great outdoors.
